CROP (Christians Relief Overseas Program ) Walk, held annually in New Smyrna Beach, was established by Church World Service as a means for local communities to raise funds to help relieve the condition of poverty in our community and around the world. One-fourth of the money raised goes to Halifax Urban Ministries for the local needy.

Our church traditionally leads our city in the number of walkers. Walkers obtain pledges to walk. Sometimes groups within the church band together to send a walker/walkers.The walk is held annually in the fall of the year on the beach from the 27th Avenue Approach to Flagler Avenue and back.
