Director of Music Ministries

Anita holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Clarion University, Clarion, PA, and a Masters of Science in Music Education from Troy State University, Troy, AL.  She has been at Coronado since 2002 and took over the position of Director of Music Ministries in September of 2006.  Anita is responsible for all the Music Ministries of the church including the traditional and contemporary singers, the Good News Band, Good News Dancers and all of the children's music programs,  including Vacation Bible School and Children's Church Music Camp. 

Anita's avocation is writing music.  She also enjoys arts and crafts as well as cooking.  Anita is married to Dr. Joe Wimbish, a native Floridian.  They have three adult children and four grandchildren, all living in Texas.
