Salud y Paz serves the Maya poor in the Guatemalan highlands with medical and dental services, and also operates the Susanna Wesley school for 4 to 6 year old children. CCUMC has had a very special relationship with Salud y Paz for the past 12 years, supporting the mission financially and sending dozens of short-term mission teams, as well as some long-term volunteers, to work with Salud y Paz in Guatemala. Many lives have been changed, lives in both Guatemala and right here at CCUMC.
